This Ebihen 16 has been built by boatbuilders Margus Rebane and Martin Jasko at JR Craftyard in Estonia.
The hull is made of 10mm okume marine plywood and fully sheathed in fibreglass both outside and inside for extra strength and durability.
Cockpit interior and deck is solid sapele mahogany treated with four coatings of Star Brite Premium Golden Teak Oil. Two-component polyurethane paint and varnish was used on the hull, mast and booms.
All hardware is custom made marine-grade stainless steel. The boat is equipped with a manual bilge pump and comes with tanbark coloured custom made mainsail and jib. The hull below the waterline is covered with primer and undercoat, a layer of Hempel antifouling paint will be added according to the colour choice of a new owner.
The boat was first exhibited at Tallinn boat show on March 6.-8. 2020 and underwent sea trials a couple of weeks later.
